Whilst managing the day to day challenges of current COVID disruptions is still front and center for many hospitality businesses, we still think that looking to the future is important. Providing inspiration for that, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants recently hosted the 50 Best Recovery Summit, designed to bring the gastronomic world together (virtually) and explore the new shape of the restaurant sector.
