Next in the current series of webinars by The SRA sees a discussion around circular economy and food service, as well as the launch of a new guide by The SRA & LWARB Advance London on the topic. As the world starts to re-open post-Covid, focus is shifting to how we re-build the economy with growing calls to ‘Build Back Better’. The guide will provide practical solutions for the food service industry to do just that, using the theory that a circular restaurant gets more out of fewer resources, reducing the impact on the planet and adding to a healthier bottom line. The webinar, will contain a presentation of the seven essential circular economy ingredients for food service and be followed by a panel discussion, with chefs who are pioneering circular economy approaches in their restaurants.
